CombiChrist announce 2021 UK Tour dates

Great news for fans of AggroTech & Industrial Metal as legends of the genre CombiChrist confirm details of their 2021 “Europe Not My Enemy Tour”. Midlands music lovers are catered for with shows at the O2 Institutue 2 in Birmingham on 25 July and the Rescue Rooms in Nottingham on 26 July 2021.

Founded by Norwegian Andy LaPlegua, who also formed ‘Icon of Coil’ the band consists of only Andy in the studio, but with a changing lineup of musicians for the live shows. 2019 saw Combichrist released their ninth studio album “One Fire” a kind f retrospective album, drawing on ideas from across the breadth of the group's career.

Initially LaPlegua cut his teeth in Norwegian hardcore bands such as My Right Choice and Lash Out, and moved into the electronic ‘futurepop’ music world with Icon of Coil, before forming the mechanical music monster that is Combichrist in 2003.

Since releasing the first album “The Joy of Gunz” in 2003, LaPlegua and Combichrist have toured the world several times and supported in Rammstein in 2009 on their European tour and also on their sold out Madison Square Garden show in 2010.

The new tour in 2021 will take in 35 shows across 12 countries. Known for their fantastic energy live, great setlists and Andy’s interactive performances with the crowd nicely, this is show not to be missed.
