Vended release new single “Ded to Me”

Here’s one to watch out for – Vended. The young US metal band, formed in Des Moines, Iowa in 2018 have quite the pedigree, with Griffin Taylor on vocals and Simon Crahan on drums. The names might seem familiar, and that’s because they probably are, as Griffin is the son of lead singer Corey Taylor, and Simon ? Is the son of Clown, from the legendary Slipknot. The full line up is Griffin Taylor (vocals), Simon Crahan (drums), Jeremiah Pugh (bass), Cole Espeland (lead guitar) & Connor Grodzicki (rhythm guitar).

The lads have forged their own path and last year put out their their debut EP “What Is It / Kill It EP 2021” a 5 track release featuring the brutal track Burn My Misery

The apple hasn’t fallen far from the Slipknot tree, and their take on the metal genre is just as ferocious as their father’s but has a unique and fresh sound to it. Well now, they’re back with a new single out entitled Ded to Me an intense blast of power metal which the band themselves describe as “unforgiving and uncompromising. We are back and better than ever. This is a straight fuck you!”

With a unique visual stage presence to go with the sound the band have been hitting the shows hard across the US and are ready to tour further. Check out the videos, and watch out for European tour dates, this is one not to miss.
