The Dutty Moonshine Big Bang confirm 2021 tour dates

Have you ever heard Duke Ellington's “Caravan” performed as a huge Garage banger? Or a 12 bar Blues manipulated into a Half time DnB/Carnival anthem? Or maybe even a New Orleans funeral song turned into a whisky soaked mid tempo Breaks dancefloor destroyer?

I’m guessing probably not, unless you’ve come across Dutty Moonshine Big Band before, because there’s no band in the entire world quite like these guys! The brainchild of Michael Rack aka Dutty Moonshine, a successful DJ who’s toured 4 continents and entertained thousands upon thousands with his take on 1930’s sounds meets dirty bass music.

Their latest album City of Sin was released in May 2020 and we reviewed it giving it a score 4/5 – It’s a brilliant fusion of 1930’s big band music brought explosively into the twenty first century with a nuclear sized bang. Well worth a listen, and one I’ve added to my vinyl collection.

But Dutty Moonshine are one of those bands you just have to experience live ! Their shows bring their amazing and unique sound and style to life and is an experience not to be missed. And now, the band have confirmed the re-arranged dates for their postponed 2020 tour, with 16 shows across the UK for April / May 2021.

All previously purchased tickets remain valid. Tickets available from the venues and various outlets and from the band themselves here: www.duttymoonshine.com
