Beyond Extinction release brutal new single "Posthuman"
Essex-based death metallers Beyond Extinction have released their anniversary edition of their sophomore EP “Nothing More Wretched (Deluxe)”. To celebrate they've also shared a new music video for the single Posthuman, which follows closely behind Reverse Life Support (Ft. Dilan Alves), of which both tracks have become beloved staples of the band's live set.

On the new single, vocalist Jasper Harmer comments:
"'Posthuman' completes the Nothing More Wretched anniversary edition, and alongside 'Reverse Life Support', it has allowed us to explore the rougher and stripped back edges of death metal, giving us the freedom to birth a duo of monsters with the two new tracks. We're really stoked to have it out there and thankful to everyone involved. Enjoy the speed and grit before we are back with more sludge in more new music later this year."
Beyond Extinction also recently announced a poignant tribute show to their late guitarist, Zach Scott, who passed away in August 2023. Raising awareness for the alarming rate of male suicide in the UK, this heartfelt event takes place on 17th August 2024 in The Underworld, London, and sees a line-up consisting of bands that Zach toured and worked closely with over the years, including Beyond Extinction, Godeater, Glower, Bitterwood, Existentialist, Dygora, How Long Have You Been Driving, and headliners Osiah.
Tickets are available here.

Alongside the bands performing, all proceeds and donations will go towards three charities chosen by Zach's family to raise awareness and funds to support individuals grappling with mental health challenges: Young Minds, Help Musicians, and CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
