In need of some free lockdown therapy? A virtual pub? Well, why not tune in to BALLEY TV – a new virtual talk show hosted by Joe Talbot of IDLES. Filmed in isolation and with conversations ranging from current events to creating music during quarantine (with the occasional quiz segment/marshmallow eating contest), BALLEY TV launched its pilot episode last month with featured guests Mike Skinner (The Streets) and Nadya Tolokonnikova (Pussy Riot). Today, they have detailed a slate of future episodes that will be rolled out throughout the summer. Guests will include Jehnny Beth (Savages), Sharon Van Etten, Kenny Beats, as well as other bandmembers and additional friends.

BALLEY TV dropped episode two last Friday, featuring Lauren Mayberry (CHVRCHES) and Hak Baker .  Full schedule below, stay tuned for info on additional episodes.

The band’s previous album - ‘Joy As An Act Of Resistance’ - debuted top 5 on the official UK album charts, earning the band instantly legendary performances at Glastonbury, Jools Holland, NPR’s Tiny Desk. They were profiled by the NY Times and PBS NewsHour as part of a group of new bands tearing down outdated perceptions of masculinity.
